Straight up: the three sites below are demonstration builds, not client work. I'm starting out and I'd rather show you what I can make than tell you about clients I don't have yet. Everything in them is real code you could put live tomorrow.

If the site doesn't bring you a single new enquiry in 90 days, you get the £395 build fee back. Not a credit, not a discount off next month — the money back. I can offer that because a decent site plus a finished Google profile nearly always produces something inside three months. If it doesn't, I haven't earned it.
Twelve months to start, then month to month. You own your domain and your content — if you ever leave, I hand the files over. No hostage situations.
